Product Description
Macromedia Director MX 2004 was the tenth major version of the Director series of multimedia authoring environments. It was also the last version produced by Macromedia before being acquired by Adobe Systems in December 2005.
Though Director MX 2004 offered tight integration with other applications in Macromedia Studio MX 2004, it was not included as part of the suite itself as Flash MX 2004 was the more popular web authoring environment. It was superseded by Adobe Director 11 in March 2008.
